hi guys
i need ur help. users of branch office are not able to access Web server but they can download mails. web server and mail server are located in Hq.

i can ping to all the public ip addresses" class="t_tag">addresses of the Hq but not web server's ip.
vpn is configured b/w branch office and fortigate firewall.
users of branch office are not able to access web using 192.168.3.5 as well public address X.X.X.116 but others can.
i am asking this Qs here because i think that only CCIE guys can help me out.
so plz help me to solve the problem. it's very urgent.
